Stefan's inimitable presentation style is direct and confident... He explores CO-PA as a seasoned practitioner with an uncanny ability to transfer the essential skills succinctly and with a sense of dry humour (those who know him personally will surely agree).
Kudos to Stefan and the espresso-tutorials team (Martin, Joerg, ...) for another invaluable e-book at an affordable price.

Helping us to evaluate the use of CO-PA at our company

CO-PA is a hot topic at our company right now as we are investigating whether or not we should be using it. This book was a great guide to understanding the implementation process. The videos were great. The sections on master data and creating reports were really helpful.

Good overview

Good overview of how to implement CO-PA. I liked the tutorial on how to set up contribution margin analysis, it was clear and easy to understand. The videos were great and it was nice to see CO-PA in action. I know that I will make use of the section on creating reports.
